How to do Kashyapasana – Sage Kashyapa’s Pose In Yoga
- Assume santolanasana, variation 1 .
- Bend the left knee and place the foot on the right thigh as in ardha padmasana.
- Take the left ann behind the back and hold the left foot or big toe with the left hand.
- The chest and extended right ann should be in one plane. This is the final position.
- Hold for as long as is comfortable.
- Release the left foot and return to santolanasana.
- Repeat on the other side.
- Practise once on each side and then relax in shashankasana.
