If you are wondering if she’s suddenly joined the 5 AM club and is doing early morning Yoga, you are wrong. Jennifer Aniston is not really a morning person. In an interview she told that she is not really a morning person and wakes up at around 8:30 AM – 9 AM.
Jennifer Aniston says that she really quit drinking coffee right after waking up. She instead drinks a glass of warm water with lemon in it. She’s not the only person using lemon water to hydrate. The list also includes Gwyneth Paltrow, and Gisele Bündchen. Another thing she does NOT do is a late night treat.
Diet & Intermittent Fasting
Jennifer Aniston also does intermittent fasting. Staying healthy is undoubtedly important to Jennifer Aniston. Her 16 hour fast, which includes the hours of sleep made a massive difference in her life. She says, it’s just delaying your breakfast. She completes her dinner by 8 PM and fasts for almost 16 hours. The actress revealed to women’s health said that she kept it simple by saying that she eats organic fruits, stays hydrated, a lot of lean protein. The star also is among those who have taken up the avocado toast trend.
She looks the same as she looked 10 years ago. She also likes frozen grapes. Her diet also includes egg, turkey. She’s a smart water ambassador as well.
Most celebrities who have gracefully aged or haven’t aged at all stay hydrated. She also has a great skin and keeps thing simple on that front as well. Washes her face, applies moisturizer, and sun screen (if required)
Meditation & Yoga
She’s been a big practitioner of meditation and yoga. She’s been in to it for years. It has helped her reduce her stress levels and centers her. There’s a peaceful joy that comes to her with her morning meditation and Yoga. In an interview with pop-sugar entertainment she said that If she’s not doing it rigorously, there’s something amiss. Yoga and Meditation is a great kickstart for the days. It helps her interact in the world in a calmer way. She recommends it for everyone.
Her routine according a video includes her doing sun salutation, chair pose, reverse warrior, one arm side plank, fore arm plank, temple pose, tree pose. Her workout routine incudes cardio, and even pilates. She still maintains a healthy toned body and does not follow any fancy diets.
