The Brazilian super model Gisele Caroline Bündchen has been one of the highest paid super models since 2001 and is also a billionaire. Almost 20 years back at the peak of her career, when everything was alright she discovered a tool that has helped her immensely after becoming a mother. She has revealed in a podcast that she suffered from panic attacks and anxiety and how she discovered a tool that she’s been using for 20 years.

1. It’s Essentially Beginning a New Live

Now she says, it helps her fill her vessel that helps her subsequently share the love with her children, and the people she loves in the life. She says, that you can’t give from an empty vessel. If your vessel is empty, how will you give.

3. Waking up at 4 AM

Gisele wakes up super early generally before sun rise around 4-4:30 PM. This is the time when she does meditation, yoga, and pranayama. This is what she says helps fill her vessel early in the day from which she can subsequently give during day. However, it’s important to note that mothers have a lot of things to do and can have an exhausting day. She wakes up early morning.

4. Watching the Sun Rise

Watching the sun rise and sitting in silence is a part of her early morning routine. She generally finishes the yoga asanas and pranayama before the sun rises.

5. Practicing Gratitude

Gisele Bündchen practices gratitude every day. In her interview she reveals that she thanks the god for giving her another day. Gratitude is a part of her everyday early morning practice.
